One of the more exciting things coming up is Tyler’s brother’s wedding. Luckily my preggo belly is popping out sooner rather than later so I’ll be sporting a really cute, flattering maternity dress I bought last time around with Jack. I’ll be about 17-weeks at the wedding, so cross your fingers I look pregnant and not fat!
Initially we didn’t think Jack would attend, but plans have changed and he’ll be at the wedding and reception with us! I’ve had fun putting together an outfit for him that’s both toddler-friendly and (hopefully) nice enough for an outdoor wedding.
1: colored striped cotton dress shirt, h&m $10 (I may purchase this one, or use a salmon one we already own from OshKosh)
2: grey button-up cardigan, h&m $15 (pre-owned)
3: 5-pocket pants, h&m $10
4: toddler bow-tie, etsy $18 (I’m falling in love with this one, but with my mom’s help might attempt to make my own!)
5: boat shoes, target $7 (I’ve been eyeing these and they just went on clearance + 10% off so I snatched up a pair for under $7)
What do you all think? I want the bowtie to be the star of the outfit (in a bolder print), so if I go with a striped salmon dress shirt, what color should the bowtie be?
Also, did you see these pants that match the bowtie? Picturing the combination, I smiled to myself and hope you did too. :)
