Quick pregnancy update:
I’m 17 weeks along with baby jones, but feel like I’m looking 25 weeks! We have our ultrasound on the 19th of this month (two-and-a-half weeks!) to find out the gender and make sure everything looks good. Praying for a healthy, happy baby! Baby’s heartbeat is strong (148) and everything else has been normal thus far.
I’ve finally gotten my energy back (no more naps needed right now, but I’m sure they’ll return in my third trimester) and have begun to cook again! Baby steps, but these past 6 days I have been cooking homemade meals from scratch like I used to. Jamie Oliver’s fettuccine with spinach, mascarpone, and parmesan may not be vegan or entirely plant-based, but it sure it a huge step up from boxed macaroni & cheese! I think Tyler is most grateful to have the “old me” back. :)
Oh my goodness! I love that your hair is curly again! You are looking great! You have the chic pregnant look. :D
Don’t forget (once you’ve moved, of course!) to make the freezer dinners while you’re in this cooking mood!
GOOD IDEA! I’ll definitely need to start “pinning” ideas for freezer meals…they saved my life when Jack was a newborn!
