Sorry for the lack of posts. You’d think being married to a computer geek means less technology problems, but sometimes it means more. Not good, not necessarily bad, just more testing and crashing and “let’s try this and see if it fixes the problem.”
It makes three of us that have been sick for three weeks straight. I’ve had a continual runny nose (whatever that means), Jack has a cold and had some sort of flu, and Mr. Tony Stark (the computer) had the worst of it all. Let’s just say he’s been sleeping (or hibernating, completely turned off) for a few weeks now.
But I think we’re good now. At least Tony Stark is.
So here’s a little something for your weekend, taken by my sister at last weeks’s bbq competition:
(L-R: Jack, Me, Tyler, and Carson, Jack’s cousin)
Amen on the whole computer problem thing! More toys on the computer = more computer crashes! At least they (usually) can figure out enough to fix it again!
Ok Alie you guys look great!! And seriously Jack is getting so big!! He’s like a little toddler now… It’s crazy how fast this baby stage goes.
And after reading a facebook status I have to mention here that Maddie is juuuuust barely starting crawl – just a few days shy of 11 months haha. She won’t be walking or even standing on her own anytime soon.
That makes me feel TONS better, actually! I feel like I disappoint people when they find out he is over a year old and not walking, but it’s totally normal!!
Maybe it’s kind of like we had it growing up- the mechanics family never had running cars but everyone else did. Did dad ever run out of gas taking you to school? Do you know how embarrassing that is? (your friend say, doesn’t your dad own a gas station?)
YES. It’s EXACTLY that. Except we have nice computer stuff (not crappy cars!)
ok jack is just the cutest and i love your outfit. that is all.
