I don’t think I ever shared with you something humorous: that our silverware was literally one of the last things we came across in unpacking. As in our clothes and shoes and bathrooms were pretty much all unpacked and we had made it through several meals before we came to them.
It would have been much easier to lose, say, the plates. Or the cups. I can deal with drinking from a waterbottle for a few days or eating straight from the pan. But it turns out silverware is pretty darn high on my essentials list. I snapped these photos of Tyler eating his morning cereal with a chunky wooden spoon. I was at the other end of the spectrum, eating my cereal with a baby spoon.
Neither were very efficient.
love it! Sometimes when dishes haven’t happened for awhile I end up using the jelly spoon.
