What a testament this is to the power of our Savior’s plan and what a comfort it is as well. Your precious child will indeed be alive in spirit and what a wonderful reunion in Heaven it will be. I’m sorry that you have to go through this pain, but what strength you have to hold your head up and look at the eternal perspective. I wish you all the best.

Also, I wanted to make you aware of the Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep organization (if nobody has already). They are a group of volunteer photographers around the country that provide free photography services for families whose newborns have not survived to term or are not expected to live long. For many, these photographs and mementos are cherished memories of a precious little one. An acquaintance of mine used them when her daughter was unexpectedly stillborn after an undetected cord accident. Said acquaintance is LDS and understands the eternal perspective as well, but still returns to those images often for comfort. Such a beautiful writing, I can’t stop crying when I read through each word. I really admire your strength, and you are an amazing mom not that many woman in the world can do what you are planning to do! My heart is still aching for you and your family since I heard this terrible news from Tyler on Friday, I wish I could do something for you guys.
