Put everything into page protectors and when you take one out to use the recipe, you’ll put it back in the front. Your favorites will naturally be rotated through to the front.

I find that our tastes and moods change, so I make a ‘favorites’ cookbook, we use it for a year or so and then I move on. Not sure how to solve that one.
